Due to the nature of PPE products, we are unable to accept any returns. However, if an item is received damaged or defective, we will happily issue a replacement.
To initiate a replacement, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will respond within a few business hours to review and begin the replacement process.
You may also chose a store credit which will be issued in the amount of the defective/damaged item.
We ship most items the same day if the order is received by 12noon CST. If your order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next day (weekends excluded). Default shipping method is 1-3 day arrival depending on your location. See shipping zones for estimate shipping times.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, you may contact the USPS as there is a $50 insurance claim on all packages. You must have your tracking number. Please also feel free to contact us as we may be able to help with the claim.
